The robot is mapped to your building and its routes are configured before it goes into service.

Staff onboarding
The people who work alongside it are trained on it. This is the step that decides whether it gets used after week two.

Ask us about origin before a government deployment
Several service robot platforms are China-origin and are offered to commercial and education customers only. If your site is a government or defense facility, raise it at the survey stage and we will tell you plainly what is and is not available.
