Managed demo fleet program
DemoReady™ managed demo fleet
Your software in front of the right buyers. Without owning the logistics.
We warehouse, provision, ship, and reset your demo headsets from Glendale, CA. You keep selling.
What we run
Always a unit ready to go.
Each headset cycles through five stages and returns to stock. We run every stage — you submit the request.
How teams use it
The fleet size you start with decides how you'll use it.
Every program starts at the 5-headset minimum. From there, the size of your fleet naturally sets the pattern — these three cover the full range, no gaps, no overlap.

Single evaluations, steady rotation
One or two units out with a prospect at a time, the rest held in reserve at the warehouse. The right size for a lean program just getting started.

Team workshops, parallel accounts
Several units out at once — a group workshop at one site, or two or three smaller evaluations running with different accounts at the same time.

Conferences & trade shows
A large block ships to one event, runs for the length of the show, and returns to the warehouse together. Above 25, we scope it as a custom program.
Pricing
A flat program fee, plus a rate per headset.
One formula for every fleet size. No tiers, no loan-window limits, no feature levels to compare.
12 headsets
$433 / month
$5,196 per year, billed annually · plus $199 one-time onboarding
Formula: $25/mo base + $34/mo per headset, billed annually. Same math at every fleet size — nothing hidden in a tier.
Included in every program
All five stages of the loop — provisioning, MDM enrollment, warehousing, deployment coordination, returns, condition check, cleaning and reset — plus per-deployment tracking, reporting, and program support. No loan-window limit: your devices stay out as long as your deal needs.
Charged separately
Two ways in
Buy the hardware through us, and handling is on us.
Either way the devices are yours and the program fee is the same. What changes is whether picking, kitting, and packing each deployment is included.
