Overview
Selected package: Commissioned System. Includes the Core Kit configuration plus the commissioning services listed below, with scope, fees and acceptance agreed on quote.
What it does: Guide a supported robot by hand with a six-axis force-feedback controller. TREX maps your movements to the robot; measured contact feedback requires an approved robot-side sensing path.
Designed for: For teams adding hands-on teleoperation to an existing supported robot for an agreed manipulation or inspection task.
What's included — Core Kit
- 1 × Haption Virtuose 6D TAO High Force: Six-axis operator interface for commanding the robot and feeling supported feedback. Included in both options as part of the TREX High Force bundle.

Questions and configuration
What is the difference between the options?
Core Kit supplies the listed matched hardware and runtime license for customer integration. Commissioned System adds the four scoped services listed on this page. Its service fee is confirmed separately in the final quote.
Is a robot arm included?
No. This is an upgrade for a customer-owned supported robot. Robot procurement, workstation and project-specific sensing can be quoted separately.
Do I need another ERGO handle, TREX Box or first robot license?
No. Those items are already included in the selected TREX High Force bundle. Only approved extras or replacements should be added.
Will it work with any robot?
No universal compatibility is promised. Haption must approve the exact model, controller, firmware, sensing and task. The supplied compatibility matrix has model-specific prerequisites.
Does it measure contact forces without a sensor?
Interactive contact feedback requires the force-measurement path supported by the chosen robot integration. Dynamic inertia, drag and virtual limits are different from measured contact forces.
Can one box control two robots at once?
The confirmed two-robot-type licensing arrangement is for non-simultaneous use. Concurrent dual-arm operation requires a separate architecture and quote.
What is confirmed before shipment?
The configuration, license rights, packing list, lead time, freight, import treatment and any commissioning acceptance scope are confirmed on quote.
