No. The headset includes its Android-based operating system and HMS system software. Workflow applications are licensed separately from ecosystem providers or developed for your project. A quotation should identify any application, services and support being supplied.

Do not assume a direct installation. Review and adapt the application, then test it on G2. Check the Unity version, OpenXR extensions, input model and dependent services. Knoxlabs can help scope the application review with your software team.

G2 is a standalone AR platform with on-device computing. SiNGRAY G2 Configure for Windows supports administrative tasks such as provisioning, application installation, firmware updates and diagnostics. Remote collaboration and connected services still require suitable networking.

A hot-swappable battery supports a charging rotation without a normal power-down, using the procedure in the HMS manual. The battery pack is specified at 19 Wh. Check the kit contents before adding another battery or charger, and verify transport requirements for your shipping destination.

HMS specifies an IP65 enclosure rating, which does not by itself establish intrinsic safety, explosive-atmosphere approval or medical certification. Confirm the exact unit certification and suitability for the deployment environment before purchase.

The optional one-year service provides project-specific technical assistance under the HMS scope. It is not an application licence, unlimited development service or hardware warranty. Confirm the named project, contacts, service period and support scope before activation.
