Is this a software application license?
No. It is a one-year technical-support program for development on SiNGRAY G2. It does not provide a third-party business application or include headset hardware.
How much consultation is included?
Up to four hours per month of remote engineering consultation. Scheduling and service commencement are confirmed by HMS; no carry-over allowance or guaranteed response time is stated.
Does HMS build the application for us?
Custom application development, customer application debugging, source-code modification, customer-specific implementation, on-site engineering, hardware modification, product customization and third-party software debugging/support are excluded.
Is this included with the headset or Launch 100?
No. Standard product support and Launch 100 program activities are separate from the optional Developer Support License.
