Overview
Make your PICO 4 Ultra fleet easy to recognize, assign and manage with custom faceplate branding and matching asset labels. This Knoxlabs service is designed for education, enterprise training, demonstrations and shared XR deployments.
Minimum order: 30 headset sets per headset model, branding package and approved artwork. One service unit covers one PICO 4 Ultra headset and its two controllers. Headsets and controllers are not included.

- Headset asset identifier and matching left/right controller identifiers, using your agreed numbering format.
- Artwork proof for approval before production.
- Application to the agreed devices and a visual check of the finished branding.
Choose the right package
The Faceplate package focuses your logo and artwork on the headset front, with compact asset labels on the controllers. Choose the 360° Wrap package for broader printed coverage. These model-specific graphics are not interchangeable with other headset models.
Artwork and fleet identification
Provide your logo, brand artwork and desired asset-numbering format. A set can use a shared identifier with left/right controller suffixes to help staff keep controllers paired with the correct headset. The supplied images are mockups: YOUR LOGO and XXX are placeholders, not the final printed design.
Ordering and delivery
Request a quote for 30 or more sets. Tell us the headset model, package, quantity, artwork requirements and whether the devices are being purchased from Knoxlabs or supplied for the service. Production scheduling, device handover, final scope and any shipping charges are confirmed with your quote after artwork review. Do not send devices before arrangements are confirmed.
