Overview
The XJCSENSOR X-ZL09 is a flange tension sensor for web tension measurement, available from 5kg to 100kg, with mV/V (1.0–2.0 mV/V rated output) output.

Ordering code: X-ZL09-B-100: Series / Capacity.
Load direction: F = T × cos(α/2) + G, where T = web tension, α = wrap (envelope) angle (30° ≤ α ≤ 180°), F = force seen by the load cell, G = roller self-weight. The rated load applies to a single sensor; with sensors on both roller ends the system rating is twice the value.
Applications
Tension measurement and control of paper, label, tape, battery electrode, high-performance film and other narrow web materials; the signal is not affected by the position of the coiled material on the roller.
