Is the Smartsuit Pro still current?
No. Rokoko's current suit is the Smartsuit Pro II, which is offered in Standalone and Glove Ready versions. Rokoko no longer maintains a public product page for the first-generation Smartsuit Pro. If you need suits that match an existing first-generation fleet, contact us and we will confirm availability with Rokoko.
How do I choose a size?
Rokoko publishes measurement charts for both suits and gloves in its support centre. Suits are not made in custom sizes and are not produced for body heights under 155 cm (5 ft 1 in). Rokoko covers the cost of a size swap within 30 days of initial delivery, so order the closest fit and exchange if needed.
Can Knoxlabs provision and deploy this for us?
Yes. Knoxlabs handles device setup, software installation, asset tagging and deployment coordination so the kit arrives ready to use. We also support ongoing provisioning and technical support for multi-seat rollouts.
