Is this the current generation?
No. Rokoko's current gloves are Smartgloves II, which raise output to 39 degrees of freedom and add Coil Pro support for absolute position. The first-generation Smartgloves page is still published but the product is no longer listed in Rokoko's store. Contact us to confirm availability.
Can these gloves be washed?
No. Rokoko states the first-generation Smartgloves are not waterproof and cannot be washed — clean them with a damp cloth or disinfectant. This differs from the Smartsuit textile, which is washable once the electronics are removed.
How do I choose a size?
Rokoko publishes measurement charts for both suits and gloves in its support centre. Suits are not made in custom sizes and are not produced for body heights under 155 cm (5 ft 1 in). Rokoko covers the cost of a size swap within 30 days of initial delivery, so order the closest fit and exchange if needed.
Can Knoxlabs provision and deploy this for us?
