This service is designed for education teams that need remote help with troubleshooting, app guidance, MDM support, monthly readiness check-ins, teacher/admin support, and repair coordination.

If your team has VR headsets but does not have internal XR expertise, Knoxlabs can act as your remote XR support layer so your devices stay ready for classrooms, labs, demos, and training sessions.

Important: Provisioning Is Not Included

Remote XR IT Support does not include initial device provisioning.

If your devices need first-time setup, MDM enrollment, app installation, kiosk mode, fleet naming, firmware updates, Wi-Fi configuration, or deployment configuration, please add XR Device Provisioning separately.

XR Device Provisioning is available as a separate one-time service at $55 per device.
