FAQ

When will ContactGlove3 Pro ship?
This is a pre-order, expected to ship in late January 2027. Knoxlabs will confirm the dispatch date. Once warehouse stock is confirmed, the shipping estimate will change to 5–7 business days.
How do I choose a size?
Choose S, M, L or XL. The published tracking, software and battery specifications are the same across sizes. Contact Knoxlabs for fit guidance; no numerical hand-size chart is supplied in the brochure.
Does the Pro include haptic feedback?
Yes. Austin's manufacturer brochure specifies vibrotactile feedback via Haptic Reactor®. This is vibration feedback; the brochure does not claim force feedback.
What is required for wireless use?

Does it include robot control or AI training software?
The glove captures hand-motion data. C++/Python SDKs and listed software integrations support development, while robot retargeting, control, preprocessing and learning require your own integration.
