Overview
A bolt-down palletizing cell on a single-phase 220 V supply, available with the iS20, iS20L, iS25 or iS35. Pattern generation is one click and a new project takes under a minute, so a product changeover does not require programming or an integrator visit.
Proven in food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, home appliances and household chemicals. Integrates with existing lines over ModBus-RTU/TCP, TCP/IP or EtherNet/IP. Ten levels of collision detection, and the arm locks its joints on power loss so product is not dropped.

Cycle times are based on single-pick operation and vary by application. Multi-pick configurations are available as custom builds.
Site requirements
Single-phase 220 V at the install point, dock or liftgate delivery, and floor space of 840 × 1,784 mm (900 × 1,784 mm for the iS35). Cell weight is 1,080 lb, or 1,323 lb for the iS35 configuration. Talk to us before ordering so we can confirm freight class and power.
End-of-arm tooling
