Delivery Signature will be required unless requested otherwise by the customer (customer will then assume liability of any lost or stolen shipments as a result). *Customer also assumes liability for any additional charges for having to “re-deliver” product when customers are not available to sign on initial delivery attempt.

Orders will be re-credited for the full amount of both the product and any shipping fees incurred if cancellation/return is approved or results from one of the following instances [resulting in cancellation of the sale]:

(a) The order was cancelled by the customer and rejected at time of delivery
(b) The order was shipped erroneously by Knoxlabs.
(c) The order was Lost in Transit by Knoxlabs's Freight Carrier (w/ standard Delivery Signature required).

At this time, Knoxlabs ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska*, Hawaii*, Puerto Rico*, Guam*, and the US Virgin Islands* [*Additional S/H Pricing May Apply]. Additionally, Knoxlabs ships merchandise to Europe*, Middle East*, Canada* and Mexico*, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
