GWPRO

VR licenses are tied to each licensed headset or device. Learners can rotate through that device without buying a separate VR license for every learner. Desktop and browser licensing are quoted separately.

Request an education quote with your institution name, device count, term, and preferred headsets. GWPRO verifies eligibility for educational institutions and nonprofit organizations. Education prices are supplied by quote.

Annual and perpetual VR plans support offline training. Monthly VR plans require an internet connection. Activation, multiplayer, reporting, and certificate delivery have online dependencies.

GWPRO provides guided Study/Learning, practice-oriented Training, and independent Exam modes. Exam completion can generate a GWPRO completion certificate. This is not a promise of an OSHA card or independent professional certification.

GWPRO supports Meta Quest, PICO, HTC VIVE, Lenovo VRX, and other VR platforms. Knoxlabs will confirm the exact model, app version, distribution method, and module compatibility for your deployment. Hardware and device-management subscriptions are separate unless quoted as part of a kit.

A perpetual VR license provides ongoing use of the licensed content and includes the first year of updates and support. Continued support and content updates after the first year require a separate renewal. It does not include a headset.

GWPRO describes instructor, trainee, and spectator roles across VR, PC, and browser sessions. Reporting and SCORM/xAPI integration can be scoped for your LMS. Confirm current session limits, integration services, and any recurring platform fees in your quote.

GWPRO offers multilingual safety and workforce training across electrical safety, working at height, fire response, lifting, transport, first aid, and more. Confirm the language, voice-over, and topic availability of the shipping build for your selected devices.

Yes. Request a proposal covering supported headsets, the correct software licenses, device management, installation, charging or carrying equipment, and instructor onboarding. Hardware, services, and renewals are itemized in the quote.

These listings describe a prepaid license term or a perpetual entitlement. Renewals are handled with Knoxlabs and GWPRO; the listing does not establish an automatic recurring card subscription. License term starts from supplier license delivery.
