Overview

The EG2-4B2 is a compact electric gripper built on an innovative linear mechanical linkage design — delivering precise force and position control, a large 70mm full stroke, and power-off self-locking in a 223g package. Unlike pneumatic grippers, the EG2-4B2 requires no compressor or air supply: a single RS485 connection handles all motion and feedback.

Grip force is continuously controllable from 0 to 15N with ±1N repeatability, allowing the same gripper to handle fragile items at low force and firm parts at full force without hardware changes. Power-off self-locking holds the grip position when power is cut — no energy draw, no part drop. IP40 rated for standard industrial and laboratory environments.
