What is Rokoko Studio Enterprise?

Rokoko Studio is the software that records, cleans and exports data from Rokoko hardware — the Smartsuit Pro II, Smartgloves II, Coil Pro, Headrig and Headcam all stream into it. Capability is tiered, so the tier you need is decided by what you do with the data after capture, not by how much of it you record.

Enterprise adds local storage with no cloud sync, extra offline days, custom support hours, a custom onboarding plan and a custom SLA.

  • Starter — record and export mocap, clean-up filters, export to FBX
  • Basic — adds custom character import and retargeting, BVH export with advanced options, smoothing filter and loop segments, unlimited cloud storage
  • Plus — adds live streaming to third-party tools, unlimited team members with user management, custom skeleton presets, chat and email support
  • Pro — adds Face Capture, the advanced command API, UDP trigger messages, CSV export and a designated Customer Success Manager
  • Enterprise — adds local storage with no cloud sync, extra offline days, custom support hours, a custom onboarding plan and a custom SLA

Enterprise is available as a yearly licence, as a no-cloud-sync yearly licence, and as a website plan billed monthly or annually. A one-month paid trial is available. Terms, seat counts and the SLA are scoped per organisation — talk to us and we will scope it with Rokoko.

Technical requirements

Rokoko Studio runs on Windows and macOS. Rokoko hardware connects over WiFi, so a network the capture machine and the hardware can both reach is required — the Smartsuit Pro II includes a built-in WiFi hotspot for offline or outdoor use.

Coil Pro requires Rokoko Studio, not Rokoko Studio Legacy.
