XR Device Provisioning

Knoxlabs professionally configures and enrolls your XR devices for immediate enterprise, healthcare, manufacturing, or education deployment.

Provisioning can be completed either at the Knoxlabs Physical Provisioning Center or via Remote Deployment Workflow.

Both methods follow the same enterprise-grade configuration standards and produce identical deployment outcomes.

Knoxlabs Provisioning Center (Physical Deployment)

Devices are shipped to the Knoxlabs Deployment Facility, where our team performs hands-on configuration, quality control, and verification before final shipment to your end users.

Secure Remote Provisioning

Devices ship directly to your location. Knoxlabs configures them remotely through secure MDM enrollment and guided deployment workflow.

Provisioning begins once devices arrive at the Knoxlabs Provisioning Center or are confirmed delivered to the customer location (for remote provisioning).

Processing Time

✓ Physical provisioning is completed within 1–3 business days of device arrival (can increase based on volume)
✓ Devices ship the next business day after provisioning is completed
✓ Remote provisioning follows the same enterprise configuration workflow

Clear and complete deployment instructions (MDM access, WiFi credentials, naming structure, app licenses) are required to maintain this timeline. Delays in communication or missing information may extend processing time due to coordination and configuration verification.

Provisioning (physical or remote) must be completed within 30 days of:

• Batch arrival at the Knoxlabs Provisioning Center
OR
• Device delivery to the customer/end-user location

This ensures firmware compatibility, security compliance, and activation integrity.

If provisioning is delayed beyond 30 days, reconfiguration may require a new service order.
