Varjo XR-4 Focal Edition (2026)

The Varjo XR-4 Focal Edition (2026) is engineered for mission-critical training and simulation where ultra-high visual fidelity and precise mixed reality interaction matter. Built on Varjo’s XR-4 platform, the Focal Edition features autofocus mixed reality passthrough designed for detailed, hands-on workflows—ideal for cockpit training, defense and aerospace simulation, advanced industrial training, and medical or research environments where near-field clarity is essential.

This 2026 update reflects Varjo’s customer feedback and is intended to support longer-term programs. As a result, all new XR-4 Focal Edition purchases include a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty (included).

Important: Controllers are sold separately. Varjo controllers are compatible with inside-out tracking. For SteamVR/base station setups, Vive-compatible controllers are typically used (sold separately).

Configuration Options

The XR-4 Focal Edition can be configured for standard online deployments or for offline environments using Varjo’s offline package. Varjo Base Pro licenses are available for customers who require advanced control over camera settings, masking tools, chroma key, and additional professional features.

• Offline Package: For deployments requiring offline operation (available as a separate line item).
• Varjo Base License Options: Varjo Base (Standard), Varjo Base Pro Annual, or Varjo Base Pro Perpetual.

Is the 2-year warranty included?
Yes. XR-4 Focal Edition purchases starting January 1, 2026 include a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty.

Are controllers included?
No. Controllers are sold separately.

Can this be used offline?
Yes. Offline deployments are supported via the Offline Package (separate line item).

Do I need a Varjo software license?
Yes. A Varjo account and active software license are required to use the device.
