The case

Length
Width
Height
Length and width are the top face the tooling picks from.
Decides whether a suction cup can pick it or a clamp is needed.

The rate

Peak rate, not average. One case per pick.

The pallet

Same unit as the case size.
Extra mass on the flange
kg
A vacuum generator, sensors or a mounting plate. Leave at 0 if unsure.

How each check was made

    What this would quote

Scoped at review, not sized here: conveyor interface and case detection, guarding and safety scanning, pallet dispensing or a second pallet position, power at the install point, floor loading and freight. Mixed SKUs, unusual packaging, tight space or multiple infeeds may need specialized integration; say so in the message.

The published figures behind the checks

Every check compares your line with one of these figures. They are the maker’s, confirmed on AUBO Robotics USA’s own brochure and page on 2026-10-06, and they describe the workstation as a system, not the bare arm.

Sources: AUBO Robotics USA’s 2026 Palletizer Brochure and its palletizer page, read 2026-10-06, carry every figure above; the same figures are on this site’s AUBO Palletizing Workstation and End-of-Arm Tooling listings. Arm payload and reach also match AUBO’s user manual. The maker’s own caution, verbatim: “Cycle time based on single-pick operation and may vary by application. Custom multi-pick configurations available.”

What this estimate does not decide
      1. Safety and guarding. Collaborative operation, scanners, fencing and the risk assessment are designed for the site, with responsibilities assigned in the proposal. Nothing here is a safety assessment.
      2. The real rate. The published figure is a single-pick maximum. Case detection, pallet changes, interlocks and pattern complexity all take time off it. Read the rate check as “inside the maker’s envelope”, not as a promise.
      3. Pallet pattern and stability. Cases per layer here assume a simple grid. Interlocking patterns, slip sheets and column stacking change the count and the stack height, and are set during the review.
      4. Mixed cases and changeovers. One case size is sized at a time. Several SKUs on one line may need different tooling or a custom cup, and the changeover method is agreed at scoping.
      5. The thresholds are ours. “Confirm at review” means above 90 percent of the published payload or 80 percent of the published rate. Those margins are Knoxlabs’ working defaults for a first look, not the maker’s figures.
