VIVE Audio Cable - Black 5M | for VIVE Pro, VIVE Pro Eye, and VIVE Cosmos Series

I place my order on 9/10/2024 for 4 VIVE Audio Cables & 4 VIVE link Boxes. I was charged $546.07 on 9/11/2024. I did not receive any other information until I reached out to them regarding my order on 10/22/2024. On 10/25/2024, I received a response from Annie that they would get back to me in 2 business days. On 11/7/2024 after not hearing back from Annie, I sent another email regarding ETA. Annie responded and said she would get back to me in another 48 hours. On 11/11, after not getting a response, I emailed Annie again. Annie did respond saying they would ship half my order 11/12 and then ship the rest within 10 days. I said that timeline would work. I received information that my order had shipped 11/12. I received 1 out of the 8 items on 11/20. Since then, I have not received any other information regarding my order. I have sent emails on 11/21 and 12/4 to which I have received no response except for to write a review. I have asked for a refund for the items I have yet to receive. We are 11 weeks out from the original order date and this year's budget ends in a few days.
