Goal: To engage customers with the Lay’s brand and invite them to help the company choose a new flavor of potato chips.
Result: 5,000 cardboards produced and distributed.
Strategy: Lay’s needed a little help choosing their new premium flavor, so they opened the doors to their kitchen with a VR app and experience. Users of the Lay’s “Do Us A Flavor” app were given a 360 immersive tour of the brand’s virtual kitchen, and got to see the dishes which inspired the four contenders for Lay’s new flavor.
Knoxlabs came on board the project in order to help develop the VR app. We also designed, produced and distributed more than 5,000 cardboards to Lay’s customers.
